• Microwave safe for re-heating (melamine is not)

• The raised edges restrains food. 
• Scratch resistant - avoid scouring and sharp knives.
• Stain resistant - avoid turmeric and strong food colors. If stained, repeated dishwashing usually eliminates the stain. 
• Remove label before use. Any residual glue can be removed using organic solvents.
