Returns & Refunds

We may accept approved change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• unused
• in its original packaging
• in re-saleable condition
• accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

Please do not send any item back without prior approval from our team.

For approved change-of-mind returns:

• return shipping is at the customer’s expense
• original delivery, dispatch and handling costs are non-refundable
• a $25 administration/restocking fee will be deducted from the refund
• refunds are processed only after the goods have been received and inspected
• please allow up to 10 business days for approved refunds to be processed

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us at robert.wilson@palmproducts.com.au with your order number and photos, and we will advise the next steps.
